According to the law, Fund Management Companies are not allowed to make any comments or guarantees to their clients about the income or profits achieved on their investments or to guarantee that their clients will not suffer losses, except in the case of investments in fixed-income securities. According to the provisions of law, Investors will not directly participate in deciding on the daily investment activities of the Fund. The Fund Management Company will, on behalf of the Investors, carry out investment activities according to the investment strategy, investment fields, and investment limits approved by the General Meeting of Investors as stated in the Fund Charter/Prospectus and according to the provisions of law.

In addition, all investment activities of the Fund are also subject to the supervision of the State Securities Commission, the Depository Bank, the Auditing Company and the Fund Representative Board.
Clients directly decide on investment activities through written investment instructions. The Fund Management Company is only allowed to invest according to the Client’s written instructions.
The Fund Management Company will proactively carry out investment activities in accordance with the law and report to the Client.
Before making an investment, the Fund Management Company must obtain written approval from the Client and the Fund Management Company must report the transaction results to the Client after completing the transaction.
