Mrs. Chi Le become CEO & CIO since April 2016. She previously worked as Head of Portfolio Management since 2009.
Prior to working in Thai Duong Capital, Mrs. Chi worked as Compliance Officer in Thanh Viet Fund Management Corporation – one of the first private Vietnamese investment company. She also had been working for years in public sector, as the executive and portfolio manager in ODA-funded infrastructure projects at HCMC Department of Planning and Investment (2002-2005). She also worked as Deputy Head overseeing Planning and General Affairs under HCMC Department of Post & Telecommunication (now as Dept. of Information & Telecommunication), portfolio manager over e-government project within HCMC (2005-2008). Before that she worked as investment executive and advisor for foreign investment in INVESTCONSULT from 1995 until 2002.
Her 20+year in-depth experience in investment and business laws across all private, foreign and public sectors is an advantage to assure her efficient approach to private equity in Vietnam while adopting international practices.
Mrs. Chi got her Bachelor in Business Administration/International Trade in HCMC University of Economics and then completed her post-graduate course in Project Management in AIT (Vietnam Center). She has been practicing as licensed Asset Manager since 2008.
